These terms apply to your use of this website and to engagements with AI-Phen for AI Growth System design, implementation, and support.
Scope of Services
AI-Phen designs, builds, and supports AI Growth Systems for residential HVAC companies. The exact systems, integrations, and support included in your engagement are defined in your written proposal.
Engagements and Onboarding
Work begins after a strategy call and a signed proposal. Implementation requires timely access to your phone line, calendar, and CRM, plus availability from your office team during onboarding.
Fees and Payment
Fees, billing frequency, and the term of the engagement are set out in your proposal. Invoices are due on the terms stated there. Third-party costs such as telephony or messaging usage are billed by those providers unless stated otherwise.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for compliance with regulations governing calls and messages to your customers, and for maintaining the accounts our systems connect to.
Results and Estimates
Calculators and examples on this site are illustrative. They are based on the inputs you provide and are not a guarantee of revenue, booked jobs, or any specific outcome.
Intellectual Property
AI-Phen retains ownership of its methods, templates, and underlying system architecture. You retain ownership of your business data and customer records.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the services.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement according to the notice period in the proposal. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
